The Secret Silver Coins of the U.S. Mint

Rarely seen silver coins, minted for only three years during World War II...
To pay U.S. military personnel based in Australia during World War II, the U.S. Mints in Denver and San Francisco produced limited quantities of Australia’s four circulating silver coins between 1942 and 1944. This complete collection features all of these scarcely seen coins.
• Includes one circulating coin of every Australian denomination.
• Each coin is struck in 92.5% sterling silver.
• Each coin design features Australian imagery such as the merino ram’s head, the Australian coat of arms and wheat stalks.
• Presented in gently circulated condition with all the major design details intact.
FREE: A Display Chest and Collector’s Guide, yours at no extra charge, sent with the second shipment.
• Guarantee of Satisfaction: Free returns and you may cancel at any time.
$55 +$3 shipping & service, per shipment
Each shipment is payable in 2 monthly installments of $29
With each of the six coins bearing the “D” mint mark of the Denver Mint (threepence and sixpence only) or the “S” mint mark of the San Francisco Mint (all four denominations), The Secret Silver Coins of the U.S. Mint forms a collectible of beauty, meaning and importance. This collection allows you the convenience of building it item-by-item with a gradual payment and shipment plan: Coins will be sent at the rate of one shipment every other month (four total shipments in this collection). The threepence and sixpence coins will be shipped in pairs; the shilling and florin coins will be shipped as single coins. You can pay for each shipment in two monthly installments.

These historic coins are protectively encapsulated for safe handling and easy viewing of both sides. Please note: The exact appearance and years of issue of the coins you receive may vary from the images shown.

The glass-topped wooden Display Chest (measuring approximately 8" x 6¼" x 4") and Collector’s Guide — with captivating details about U.S. military operations in Australia during World War II, the war in the Pacific and the history and design of your coins — will be sent with your second shipment.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You may return any shipment within 30 days for replacement, or for a full refund with no further obligation. You may cancel at any time by calling the toll-free number included with each shipment. Either party may cancel this agreement at any time. Price is subject to possible adjustment due to unusual market conditions.
