Returning items at PCS Stamps & Coins is easy.

Just follow these steps to send us an email and we will mail you a prepaid return shipping label.

Please email us at service@pcscoins.com, and be sure to include your name, full address, order/account number and reason for the return.

What happens next?

Based on our experience, please allow 2-3 weeks for the return to reach us. Once we receive it, if you indicated that you want a refund, we will issue a refund.

The refund will come in the form of your original payment (credit card or check). If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. If you indicated that you want a replacement, we will ship your replacement item within 7 days of receipt of the return.  

NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, the return postage will be at your expense.
